Beta terms
These terms apply to your use of the Cernavo private beta operated by Cernavo, Inc. They are intentionally short — the acceptable-use bar for invited beta users, not a commercial agreement.
Invite-only access
- The beta is invite-only. There is no public self-serve signup and no billing in this release.
- Access is granted by the founder and may be revoked at any time — especially for the misuse described below.
- You may not share your account, your invite, or your signed-URL output with parties outside your tenant.
Acceptable use
- Use the beta to explore Cernavo on your own low-sensitivity, sanitized, non-regulated tabular data. See the acceptable-data policy for the full list of permitted and prohibited categories.
- Do not upload regulated, highly sensitive, secret, credential, payment, health, or government-ID data. Do not upload data you do not have the right to process.
- Do not attack the host, probe other tenants, attempt to bypass tenant isolation, harvest signed URLs, or scrape output for resale.
- Do not use the beta to build a competing product that wraps the workspace or its outputs.
Your responsibility for uploaded data
- You are responsible for the suitability of the data you upload. Sanitize, anonymize, or use test/sample data when in doubt.
- You are responsible for confirming that your data does not fall into a prohibited category before uploading.
- Cernavo, Inc. may refuse, archive, or remove uploads that violate the acceptable-data policy.
The product may change
- The beta is under active development. Features, names, layouts, interfaces, and retention defaults may change without notice.
- Cernavo, Inc. may pause the beta, add limits, or invite cohorts in stages. Beta access is not a guarantee of continued availability.
No SLA and no production reliance
Do not rely on the beta for production-critical work
There is no service-level agreement. The beta is hosted on a single node and may be unavailable for maintenance. Keep authoritative copies of your source data elsewhere.
- Do not rely on the beta for production-critical workflows or business-continuity processes.
- The beta is provided as-is, without warranty. Cernavo, Inc. disclaims liability for lost work or downstream consequences within the limits of applicable law.
Privacy and data handling
How uploads are processed, retained, and deleted is described on the data-handling page and in the privacy notice. Those pages are part of these terms.
Termination
Cernavo, Inc. may revoke beta access at any time for any of the reasons above. You may stop using the beta at any time. On termination, deletion follows the retention and Delete now semantics described on the data-handling page.
Support
Beta support is a small, human channel at [email protected]. There is no on-call response guarantee in this release.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the beta evolves. Material changes will be communicated to invited users. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Cernavo, Inc. will publish a more formal commercial agreement if and when the product moves beyond private beta.
