Cernavo — Private beta

Approval-gated data cleanup, guided by conversation.

Upload a sanitized CSV, TSV, or Parquet file. Cernavo profiles it, proposes a cleanup plan, waits for your approval, then produces a validated, downloadable result.

Review acceptable data Invite-only. No public signup.
The workflow

One reviewed path, from upload to evidence.

Each workflow leaves a chain you can trace — what you uploaded, the plan you approved, the deterministic work that followed, and the validated result you keep.

STEP 01
Upload

Drop a sanitized CSV, TSV, or Parquet file into the conversation.

STEP 02
Analysis

Cernavo profiles the data and reports findings in plain language.

STEP 03
Proposed plan

A grouped, risk-labeled cleanup plan you can edit task by task.

STEP 04
Approval

Nothing mutates until you approve. Your approval is the record of intent.

STEP 05
QA

The result is verified against the approved plan before you see it.

STEP 06
Result

Download the cleaned dataset with a change record and approval record.

Why Cernavo is different

Approval first. Determinism after. Evidence at the end.

Explore the product

Approval before mutation

Cernavo shows the full plan first. You review, edit, and approve. No dataset changes are applied until then.

  • Per-task checkboxes & risk labels
  • Revise or decline at any point

Deterministic cleanup after approval

Approved tasks run as fixed transforms — the same input and plan always produce the same output.

  • Only approved tasks are applied
  • No silent or generative edits

QA & downloadable evidence

Every run is checked against the approved plan and produces a record you can keep and audit.

  • Row preservation & type checks
  • Change record + approval record
Private beta

Is this beta a fit for you?

Who it's for

Invited data and operations practitioners working with low-sensitivity, sanitized tabular files who want a transparent, founder-hosted workspace — not a heavyweight platform.

.csv.tsv.parquet No regulated data
What private beta means here
  • Invite-only access, gated by secure sign-in. There is no public self-serve signup.
  • No billing during the beta. You won't be charged while the program is running.
  • Founder-hosted. Operator access boundaries are documented in the data-handling page.
  • Acceptable data is restricted. Prohibited categories are listed in the acceptable-data policy before you upload.
